Salvatore Calabrese is an accomplished entrepreneur with over 35 years as a medical device designer, manufacturer and distributor focusing on the development of innovative products, execution of critical organizational strategies and implementation of tactical operations. He is a mission driven, goal oriented and award winning leader recognized for his fundamental commitment to providing products and services that continually exceeds client expectations.

Salvatore has a proven record of successfully taking intellectual property from conceptualization to product commercialization as well as assisting clients with product realignment, research & development and machinery procurement. Due to his strategic planning, business acumen and ability to insightfully assess industry situations, Salvatore has successfully sold four companies at above market valuations and continues to grow new and exciting businesses. Salvatore is known for his high professional and ethical standards allowing him to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, employees, and business leaders.

During his 25 year career at the Philadelphia Cervical Collar Company, Salvatore was a hands-on President and managed every aspect of the company so that would continue to be a gold standard in the orthopedic community. Some of his accomplishments were:
